Heather’s background: As a seasoned management consultant, I have built a reputation for blending art and science to design and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. I’m passionate about helping customers blaze new trails in the 4th Industrial Revolution. I specialize in applying business acumen, design thinking and agile methods to drive transformation success. I have worked with Fortune 500 Leadership across a range of industries and thrive on helping organizations unleash the power of diverse thought to deliver bold ideas and create change. Fun Facts: Avid skier, advanced yogi, bad golfer…first job out of college was managing fly fishing camps in the Arctic Circle of Russia.
Taylor’s background: I am a brand marketer that loves championing big ideas and growing consumer brands, particularly brands driven by passion and a positive purpose. I am an advocate and eager experimenter of e-commerce, digital, grassroots, and other emerging marketing methods for authentically and efficiently reaching an audience. My brand marketing journey began at General Mills, where I worked for 8 years on brands like Pillsbury, Progresso, Totino’s, Green Giant, Cascadian Farm Organic, and Muir Glen Organic. I came to Utah to lead marketing at Kodiak Cakes, and now I serve as the Vice President of Marketing and E-Commerce at KT Tape, the sports tape brand based in American Fork, Utah. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and my MBA degree in Marketing from Duke University. Fun Facts: Outside of work I love spending time with my wife and four children, baking bread, cooking barbecue, cycling, Nordic skiing, and hiking through nature near my home in Heber City, Utah.
